Susan truly worked a miracle for a buyer I was representing in a recent transaction. This buyer was working with another lender who could not have closed her loan no matter how many times we extended her closing date. After the second extension, I urged her to move the loan and called Susan. Susan got the loan on Tuesday. On Thursday, the same week, the seller refused to extend the closing date for the third time and we thought the deal was dead. But the next Tuesday, the seller’s backup offer fell through and we were back on. Susan completed the loan and the buyer closed on Thursday, that same week. In just three days over the space of a week, Susan achieved what before then seem impossible and the buyer was overjoyed to finally closed on her house.
